Travel past stunning southern metropolitan beaches to McLaren Vale and visit the historic port of Victor Harbor, South Australia's most popular seaside town with its horse-drawn tram.

This tour takes the scenic drive through South Australia's southern metropolitan picturesque beaches of Port Noarlunga and Moana into the food producing areas of the Southern Vales before touring into the heart of McLaren Vale. Discover the beautiful ocean scenery of the Great Southern Ocean as you cross the causeway to Granite Island. Be simply awed by the multitude of 2000 little penguins, dolphins, and oceanrium that live on the island and be enchanted with the island’s golden history from the signs on the Kaiki Walk.

Enjoy a cherished free time in the historic port of Victor Harbor for lunch and travel back to Adelaide via the paddle steamer town of Goolwa, and admire the historic hills village of Strathalbyn with the manicured banks of the Angas River and the remarkable Mt Lofty Ranges. Settled in 1839 and retaining much of its Scottish flavour, Strathalbyn boasts a long boulevard of heritage buildings housing antique shops, galleries and cafes. On arrival onto Kangaroo Island enjoy the scenic drive to the Seal Bay Conservation Park.
