Moscow is the capital of Russia and its political and economic center. This amazing city has served as the capital of the Soviet Union, the Russian Empire and the Grand Duchy of Moscow. The city is filled with unique architecture from the Kremlin and Red Square to giant Stalin skyscrapers to new office blocks built during the economic boom of recent years and it contains a strikingly beautiful metro system. This is a city which never sleeps and amazes people with its luxury, crazy tempo and surprising mix of cultures. If you haven’t been to Moscow you haven’t really seen Russia.

Saint Petersburg is a cultural center of Russia and has a unique atmosphere. Founded on a swamp by Peter I, it became the most powerful and important center of the Russian Empire as Peter the Great moved the capital from Moscow to Saint Petersburg in 1712 and it was the capital of the Russian Empire for more than 200 years. The city was named after Saint Peter, the patron of Peter I.

Veliky Novgorod is one of the oldest cities in Russia and was formed as a town in the middle of the 10th century. No other Russian city can compete with Veliky Novgorod in the variety and age of its medieval monuments. For a long time Veliky Novgorod had been the largest center of culture in Russia.

Day 1 - Arrival in Moscow

Day 2 - City Tour of Moscow, Kremlin & Cathedrals & Armory Tour

We offer you a panoramic City Tour of Moscow. During the city tour you will see all the major sights including the Red Square, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Novodevichiy Convent, Poklonnaya and Vorobievy Mountains, Tverskaya Street, Bulvarnoye Koltso, and other attractions.

• Kremlin & Cathedrals & Armory Tour.

Visit to Kremlin and the Assumption Cathedral, the Archangel’s Cathedral, the Annunciation Cathedral and Armory Chamber.
This guided tour comprises visiting the Kremlin – ancient fortress located in the historical center of Moscow. During the guided tour you will have an opportunity to enjoy the historical monuments, such as the Great Kremlin Palace and the Arsenal building, see the trophy weapons of the war of 1812 and admire the cathedrals on the territory of the Kremlin. Besides you will have internal visits to the Assumption Cathedral, the Archangel’s Cathedral and the Annunciation Cathedral.

After the guided Kremlin grounds tour, we will continue with a tour of another gem in our collection – the Armory Museum, world famous treasure house of Russian rulers. The museum houses precious items that have been preserved for centuries in the tsars’ treasury and the Patriarch’s vestry.

Red Square is one of the most famous squares in the country where you can see St. Basil’s Cathedral, Lenin’s Mausoleum, and the GUM – one of the oldest and most luxurious Department stores, etc.

Day 3 - Moscow Metro & Old Arbat Tour, Departure from Moscow, Train to Veliky Novgorod

Nowadays, Moscow metro has about 200 stations and it is considered to be one of the most beautiful undergrounds in the world. You will be stopping and getting off at its most beautiful stations.

As part of the tour you will take a walk down the Old Arbat, a picturesque pedestrian street where you can stop to watch one of the many street entertainers and buy souvenirs.

Today is a day of our departure to Veliky Novgorod.

Day 4 - Arrival in Veliky Novgorod, City Tour of Veliky Novgorod
• Arrival in Veliky Novgorod. The guide will meet you at the train station.
• Transfer to hotel.

Visit to Novgorod Kremlin.
We will start our day with visiting the Novgorod Kremlin which is one of the oldest monuments of military-defense architecture of XI – XVII century. There is also the oldest Russian St. Sophia Cathedral (1045-1050) and other monuments of XV-XIX c. inside the Kremlin.

Visit to Museum of the wooden architecture called "Vitoslavlitsy".
Then we will visit the museum of the wooden architecture called "Vitoslavlitsy". This was a monastery in the XII century. Today it’s one of the amazing places where you can see the best examples (over 30 constructions) of Russian wooden art.

Day 5 - Departure from Veliky Novgorod, Arrival in Saint Petersburg
Today is a day of our departure to Saint Petersburg.
• Hotel check out.
• A trip to Saint Petersburg by car / minivan / minibus / bus.
• Arrival in Saint Petersburg. The guide will meet you at the hotel.
• Check in at hotel.

Day 6 - City Tour of Saint Petersburg & Peter and Paul Fortress, Hermitage Museum Tour

During this city tour you will see the masterpieces of our city: Peter and Paul Cathedral with the Imperial marble tombs, The Church of our Savior on The Spilled Blood which is one of the most beautiful churches in the world, Saint Isaac Cathedral which is the fourth Cupola Cathedral in the world.

Visit to Peter and Paul Fortress and Peter and Paul Cathedral, Church of our Saviour on the Spilled Blood and Saint Isaac Cathedral.

You will also visit Peter and Paul Fortress. The fortress was founded by Peter the Great in 1703. Besides the ancient fortifications, the fortress includes Peter and Paul Cathedral, built in the early XVIII century. Peter and Paul’s Cathedral is one of the oldest symbols of Saint Petersburg and is the burial place of nearly all Russian Emperors and Empresses from Peter the Great to Nicholas II.

• Hermitage Museum Tour.

The Hermitage is one of the greatest museums in the world. With a collection of more than 3 million works of art, from the Stone Age up to the present time, it’s hard to say that the Hermitage is just a museum. It’s the house of the World’s best treasures.
