Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi – City Tour (D)
Welcome to Hanoi! Fly from Changi Airport. After you arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in the Old Quarter. This afternoon, you’ll explore the charming 36-street Old Quarter, winding through French-colonial houses, stop by Hoan Kiem Lake for a serene and relaxing stroll, and feel the buzz of local street life, even popping by the famous “Train Street”. Dinner is included in the evening as you settle into your first night in Vietnam.
 
Day 2: Hanoi – Sapa – Cat Cat Village (B/L/D)
Early start from Hanoi (around 6:30–7:00 am) as we journey along the highway through lush countryside heading to Sapa. En route, there will be a short break in Yen Bai province. Arrive in Sapa around 1 pm, check into your hotel, enjoy lunch, then trek to Cat Cat Village in the afternoon. Here you’ll be awe-inspired by the life of the Black H’mong minority, marvel at terraced rice fields that stretch as far as the eye can see, and see a scenic waterfall. In the evening, enjoy dinner and then free time to explore Sapa’s night market, charcoal-roasted corn, or street shopping.
 
Day 3: Fansipan – Return to Hanoi (B/L)
After breakfast, transfer to the cable-car station to ride up Fansipan Mountain (3,143m), nicknamed the “Roof of Indochina”. You’ll soak in spectacular mountain views, sunrise/sunset vibes (weather permitting), then return to Sapa Town for lunch. Post-lunch, around 1–3 pm, depart Sapa for Hanoi, arriving in the Old Quarter in the evening (7:30-8:30 pm). Overnight stay in Hanoi.
 
Day 4: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B/L)
After breakfast, around 8:45-9:15 am, you’ll depart from the Hanoi Old Quarter/Opera House area towards Halong Bay via the Hanoi–Haiphong–Tuan Chau highway (approx 2.5 hours drive). At around 12:00 pm, board the cruise for a set-menu lunch with beautiful limestone island scenery, including the famous Fighting Chicken and Incense-Bunker islets. At 2:00 pm, you’ll visit Sung Sot Cave, one of Halong’s most beautiful caves. Then enjoy kayaking or a bamboo boat through Luon Cave’s lagoon, and a stop at Ti Top Island for swimming or climbing to a viewpoint. At 4:00 pm, join the sunset party on board with light refreshments while cruising back. Reach the harbor by 5:45 pm, then drive back to Hanoi, arriving around 8:30 pm for an overnight stay.
 
Day 5: Hanoi Departure (B)
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at your hotel. You have some free time until your driver picks you up and transfers you to Noi Bai Airport for your flight departure. Safe travels and fond memories!
