Day 1 – Colombo Airport to Anuradhapura
Distance/Travel Time: 170 km/ 3.5-4 hrs
Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and meet our representative. Begin your journey towards Anuradhapura, one of Sri Lanka's most important ancient Buddhist cities. Upon arrival, visit key Buddhist landmarks including Sri Maha Bodhi, believed to be one of the oldest historically documented sacred trees in the world, along with Ruwanwelisaya Stupa, Thuparamaya, Jetavanaramaya and other ancient Buddhist monuments. Spend the evening at leisure and prepare for the next day's pilgrimage.

Day 2 – Anuradhapura – Mihintale – Polonnaruwa
Distance/Travel Time: 120 km / 3-3.5 hrs
After breakfast, continue your Buddhist pilgrimage with a visit to Mihintale, an important Buddhist pilgrimage destination traditionally associated with the introduction of Buddhism to Sri Lanka. Explore the ancient monastic complex, including its stupas, rock formations, and sacred sites. Continue to Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka's medieval capital and an important center of Buddhist heritage.
