DAY 1: ARRIVAL PARO – THIMPHU (50 Kms, 1.5-2 Hrs) (D)

Jambay Lhakhang, one of 108 sacred temples constructed overnight in 659 AD by a Tibetan king to subdue an obstructive demon—legend claims a demon’s leg is pinned beneath this very site. Continue to Kurjey Lhakhang, revered for the rock imprint left by Guru Rinpoche, and visit Tamshing Lhakhang, celebrated for its 16th-century wall paintings, considered some of the oldest and most significant in Bhutan. DAY 6: BUMTHANG – PARO (280 Kms, 8-9 Hrs) (B, D)

After an early breakfast, set out on a memorable westward journey from Bumthang to Paro, traversing the majestic Yotong La and Pele La passes. Enjoy panoramic Himalayan vistas as you pass through the historic towns of Trongsa and Wangdue, witnessing diverse landscapes, ancient monasteries, and traditional Bhutanese villages along the route.
